These Terms govern your use of DataPilot at datapilot.justgotalead.com (the
“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the Service.
DataPilot is a visual tool for building data pipelines — connecting sources, transforming data, and loading it into a warehouse or other destinations. The Service is provided on an evolving, early-access basis and features may change.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into these Terms. Keep your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the pipelines, queries, files, and data you create or connect (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions to use any data sources, databases, and credentials you connect.
The Service integrates with third parties you choose, such as Google APIs and your own databases. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or the data they return.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of critical data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataPilot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
